Warsaw Chemical introduces Formula 585 FlashBreak Drying Agent for use in tunnel and in-bay automatic carwashes. A highly concentrated, premium drying agent, Formula 585 FlashBreak creates instantaneous water break for optimum blower efficiency and is excellent for low energy blowers and high speed, high volume conveyors. Formula 585 reduces wipe down and on line labor time, offers low spot residue, is safe for clear coat finishes and excels in difficult drying situations.
Concentrated for high yield and economy, this drying agent is effective for high or low pressure applications and can be diluted from 120:1 to 240:1 depending upon temperature, conveyor speed and drip space. Formula 585 is available in 15, 30 and 55 gallon plastic drums, as well as a 5 gallon plastic tighthead.
