According to the company, Warsaw Chemical’s Formula 575 “The Solution” revolutionizes frictionless cleaning. “The Solution” is a new formula of low pH pre-soak designed for use as the first step in a dual-stage low pH/high pH pre-soak system.
One of Warsaw Chemical’s Car Wash Products, “The Solution” has exceptional cleaning strength. It eliminates annoying windshield “eyebrows” and penetrates and loosens road film and oils on contact. “The Solution” is especially effective at cleaning glass, chrome, and painted surfaces. Its superior cleaning action is due to its unique blend of acid, solvents, and emulsifiers, and comes without the presence of dangerous ingredients such as hydrofluoric acid, ammonium fluoride, and ammonium bifluoride, which are found in many other low-pH products.
“The Solution” is designed for use in frictionless automatic and reduced friction conveyor car washes when used in conjunction with the alkaline step. For optimal use of “The Solution”, it should be applied during the first low-pressure pre-soak pass. An alkaline pre-soak – such as Warsaw Chemical’s Formula 534 Wonder Plus or Formula 540 Improve – should be applied in the second pass. Warsaw Chemical also offers a titration kit that is ideal for determining accurate solution strength.
“The Solution” is manufactured as a yellow liquid and emits a pleasant orange scent. It is available in four packaging sizes, ranging from a five-gallon plastic pail to a 55-gallon plastic drum. “The Solution” is biodegradable.
